  • Initial situation
    How do you make an invisible product like spectacle lenses digitally visible - and strengthen brand awareness, trust and customer loyalty across international markets in the process? ZEISS was looking for a way to communicate the quality of its products in a target group-orientated way and accompany potential customers right up to the point of sale.
  • Our solution
    We developed the international content marketing strategy and implemented it by setting up the „BETTER VISION“ platform - a central content hub that is now used in over 50 countries and more than 20 languages. In addition to editorial management, we were responsible for content management in AEM, SEO optimisation, web analytics and international rollouts. We supported ZEISS as a strategic partner and preferred agency for over a decade.

Transformation support for a purchasing co-operative

  • Initial situation
    The company has grown quickly and currently has around 300 members to look after. Many changes in the markets and also the desire for business expansion are keeping this company busy.
  • Our solution
    We were able to actively support Greenbase in analysing and implementing these changes in the company towards its employees and members. The focus was on building a stable foundation for collaboration, developing a mission statement and clarifying roles and responsibilities.

  • Initial situation
    The family business Josef Oechsle wanted to modernise its online presence and digitally reorganise its marketing and sales processes - without losing sight of its established structures and values. The company was looking for a partner who could think strategically, help shape operations and provide long-term support.

    What began with the modernisation of a website to match the new company building developed into an intensive collaboration in terms of marketing and consulting over the years.     The start-up BamBuk develops e-trike tandems for a new form of sustainable mobility. As the company grew, the requirements for professional, digitally oriented communication increased - from visibility and marketing automation to lean sales processes and better internal organisation.
  • Our solution
    We support BamBuk in the digital transformation of their communication - strategically and operationally. This includes performance marketing via Google and Meta, CRM integration with HubSpot, smart workflows for test drive registrations, service and workshop processes and an SEO-optimised website structure. We also use AI tools to increase efficiency in editorial, customer service and event communication. The goal is a consistent digital user experience - cross-channel and growth-orientated.
