I have been supporting people, teams and organisations in change processes for many years as an organisational developer, coach and certified mediator. People are always at the centre of my work - because they are the key to successful change.

We encounter change everywhere: whether as a targeted change to optimise existing processes or as a far-reaching transformation that rethinks business models, technologies and corporate culture. Both forms require structure, empathy and a good feel for dynamics.

I support organisations in shaping sustainable change - with a proven toolbox of methods, clear communication and a focus on the individual needs of employees. My aim is to promote acceptance, make resistance transparent and develop solutions together.

A particular focus of my work is supporting managers across all hierarchical levels - from team leaders to executive functions. This is about orientation, clarity and the ability to effectively shape and exemplify change.
