Melanie Licht
I support leaders, teams and organisations through phases of diverse challenges. – both as a preventive measure and when clarification has already become urgently necessary.
Many companies are experiencing this time as a simultaneous escalation on multiple levels: economic pressure, technological changes, as well as internal and external irritations – in markets, politics and societal frameworks worldwide. New expectations of leadership are being added, along with generational changes that are noticeably altering collaboration and perceptions of roles. Decisions must be made in the absence of familiar certainties. Leaders face immense responsibility, while teams react with uncertainty, withdrawal, or increasing exhaustion.
Often, the essential remains unspoken. Not because it is unimportant, but because in everyday life there is a lack of space, time, and security to pause and clarify.
As a neutral, non-partisan entity, I bring a fresh perspective to existing situations: unbiased, trustworthy, structured, and appreciative. I work with creative, tailor-made concepts for workshops, support leaders and employees in individual coaching sessions, and also assist organisations through classic mediation when clarification is needed.
Organisations are under particular pressure today:
What often still works on the surface is tense and inefficient internally, and is becoming increasingly draining for many involved.
We offer Networked communication so we work in the same way: flexible, agile and with the right partners at the right time. We like it when things get lively, but we love structure and reliability.
A neutral, experienced companion on an equal footing, who makes connections visible and facilitates conversations that otherwise would not find a space.
I work where organisations reach their human limits. As a systemic consultant (SG), business economist and legally certified mediator, I support:
Managers
Teams
Organisations and Owners
I do not work with standard programmes or pre-made solutions. Every organisation, team and leadership situation brings its own dynamics, experiences and questions, which I first need to understand.
As a neutral, impartial companion and facilitator, I approach these situations with great mindfulness, confidentiality, and an open, appreciative perspective. I am not interested in the obvious, but in what lies beneath: What issues are at play in the background? Which factors influence the system and how strongly? What is needed for conversations to become possible and for development to emerge?
Based on this, I develop individual, often unusual formats and approaches: creative, perfectly tailored, and adaptable. Precisely because many managers and teams have already experienced numerous workshops, training sessions, or processes, it is important to me to create new approaches that can surprise while still providing security.

Use an initial confidential conversation to reflect on your current situation and discuss potential next steps. The conversation is non-committal and initially for guidance.
External support is beneficial during phases of change, uncertainty, or conflict, both preventatively and when clarification has already become urgently necessary. Typical occasions include changes in leadership, generational transitions, tensions within teams or leadership circles, stalled decision-making processes, or a palpable overload within the organisation, which is often reflected in increased sick leave.
Preventative support is initiated early on, before tensions or ambiguities escalate. It creates space for reflection, orientation, and clarification. Mediation is used when conflicts are already open or entrenched. In both cases, the aim is to enable communication, restore trust, and ensure the ability to act.
The work is not carried out with standard programmes or off-the-shelf solutions. Every organisation, every team and every leadership situation brings its own dynamics, experiences and questions. On this basis, individual, tailor-made formats are created that address the actual needs of those involved.
My support is impartial, independent, and strictly confidential. As a systemic consultant (SG) and legally certified mediator, neutrality is a core element of my professional stance. This reliability creates the prerequisite for even sensitive or conflict-ridden topics to be addressed openly.
The free initial consultation is for a joint assessment of your current situation. It provides an opportunity to clarify your concerns, prioritise initial questions, and determine if and in what form support would be beneficial. The consultation is non-binding, confidential, and solely for the purpose of orientation. If you wish, I will then provide you with a specific offer.
